The LiveResponse light tells you that monitoring personnel have received your remote alert, your company’s protocol is being followed and help is on the way.
When the device goes into high alarm, it sends a remote alert to monitoring personnel.
Monitoring personnel will acknowledge your alert, which will result in the LiveResponse light flashing on your device. Help is on the way.
