Discontinue Blackline Legacy Portal — Dec 31, 2019

We would like to inform our customers that Blackline Safety will be shutting down its legacy Consumer portal (app.blacklinegps.com). Legacy products such as Entourage PS, Snitch, Seeker, CIS, and Harpoon will no longer be supported, and customers with those products will no longer be able to log into the Consumer portal. We are pleased to be offering an option to switch to our new 3G Dart product and continue the use of our products on our Prosumer tracking portal (portal.blacklinegps.com).

Please be aware of the following information:

  • The Consumer portal will be shut down, effective December 31, 2019.
  • Legacy devices listed above will no longer continue to be serviced after this date. Historical data for these 2G devices will not be transferred over to the Prosumer portal.
  • Blackline will be offering an option to upgrade Legacy 2G devices to products that support 3G, and will transfer any active service to the Prosumer tracking portal.
