French Language Option Now Available for Technical Support Calls

Starting Monday, June 16, French-speaking customers who call our North America Customer Care number (1-877-869-7212) will be able to select French as an option for Technical Support.

This update is part of our effort to provide more accessible and inclusive service for our customers.

What you need to know

• The new French option is available 24/7 for Technical Support only. Other departments (Rentals, Sales, and Finance) will continue to be offered in English
• This applies to calls made to our North American support number. French speaking customers in France should continue to contact our EU support team at +44 1787 222684
