Our Software team uses seamless maintenance windows to maintain our infrastructure, ensure that security standards up-to-date and to enhance the functionality of the system. These maintenance windows are performed to seamless deploy changes and improvements to ensure that we’re providing the highest level of service for our customers. Due to their seamless nature, announced maintenance windows are not required.
During a minor software deployment, Blackline experienced a degradation to the performance related to one of our infrastructure’s components that began at 23:14 UTC-6. Our team worked to quickly resolve the situation and service was restored at 23:36 UTC-6.
