What’s new in the G7 3.461 firmware update

G7's global firmware version 3.461R1 will be rolling out soon. It will be available at the end of January 2022.

This firmware release will roll out to the following G7 Bridge unit IDs:

• 35852xxxxx

Removal of LEL-P support outside Europe

G7c and G7x devices will no longer support the LEL-P sensor. In its place, LEL‑MPS  will be used.

 Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where G7c was getting disconnected from the network due to inactivity if customers had location information updates greater than 30 minutes
• Fixed an issue where resetting TWA/STEL alarms do not reset the accumulated values
• Fixed an issue where muted warning alarms restart during a voice call after the mute timer ends (2 minutes)
• Added additional mechanisms to assist with troubleshooting potential communication issues with G7x
