What’s New in the January 2025 G7 Bridge Update

The January 2025 G7 Bridge update will be available on January 15, 2025.  The update includes:

• Global Bridge firmware version 3.501 R2 and global G7x firmware version 3.501
• Enhanced PID sensor functionality
  
  

The following G7x models are supported for this update:

• G7X-NA/AZ (model numbers starting with 3973/3974 and 3975/3976)
  
  

The following G7 Bridge models are also supported for this update:

• 4G Bridge-NA2/AZ2 (model numbers starting with 35850/35852 and 35854/35856)
• 3G Bridge-NA/AZ (model numbers starting with 3583/3584)
  
  

GLOBAL FIRMWARE UPDATE

The January 2025 update includes the latest G7 Bridge firmware version 3.501 R2. G7 Bridge devices will update connected G7x devices to the latest G7x firmware version 3.501, which will support future releases for G7x devices.

ENHANCED PID SENSOR FUNCTIONALITY

For devices with PID sensors, the January 2025 update includes an enhancement to the PID sensor algorithm to provide more stability and reduce baseline drift. This enhancement will help prevent inaccurate measurements and reduce the number of false gas events.
