Blackline Analytics Service Disruption *Resolved*

Updated May 31, 2023. This issue has now been resolved.

Blackline Analytics is experiencing a service disruption, which began on May 29, 2023.

The service disruption is impacting Blackline Analytics as follows:

• Historical and current data for the Device Logs report for European domain customers is not available.
• U.S. domain Device Logs reports are not affected.
• No other Blackline Analytics Essential reports are affected.

Blackline Safety devices and Blackline Live are not impacted by this service disruption.
