Blackline Analytics is experiencing a service disruption, which began on May 29, 2023.

The service disruption is impacting Blackline Analytics as follows:

Historical and current data for the Device Logs report for European domain customers is not available.
U.S. domain Device Logs reports are not affected.
No other Blackline Analytics Essential reports are affected.

Blackline Safety devices and Blackline Live are not impacted by this service disruption.
