Choosing a Vehicle Charger for your G7 Device

This article provides guidelines for what vehicle charger to use with your G7 device.

IMPORTANT: To avoid equipment damage, ensure that you use a charging accessory that possesses the correct power specification and that is certified for use with your device.

G7c or G7x

Use G7 USB vehicle charger (ACC-G7-USB-CAR) to charge your G7c or G7x:

  • Safety Certifications — Certified for use with intrinsically safe devices
  • Power Specification — 5V and 1A
  • Recommended Connectors — Blackline Safety supplied clip and charging cable

G7 Bridge

Use USB vehicle charger (ACC-USB-CAR) to charge G7 Bridge:

  • Safety Certifications — Not rated for use with intrinsically safe devices
  • Power Specification — 5V and 3A
  • Recommended Connectors — Blackline Safety charging cable
