***RESOLVED*** Blackline Analytics European Region Data Interruption

We are pleased to report that this issue has been resolved, and all affected Blackline Analytics reports are showing current data.

July 15, 2024 Original post:

We have discovered a database issue that is affecting the data for all Blackline Analytics reports in our European region. All Blackline Analytics reports for this region may be out of date, or have missing or incorrect data from July 14, 2024 onward. This issue is affecting the European region only. The Blackline Analytics reports for North America and our Rest of World segments are not affected.

All data for the reports is still being captured from user devices. The service on devices and Blackline Live are not affected and no data has been lost. The problem is only with loading the data into our Analytics reports.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We are working to correct the issue and expect it to be resolved within 5 business days. We will update this notification with our progress in 2 business days.
