Log in Attempts
If you attempt to log in to Blackline Live and receive the following error message, it means that your email or password was entered incorrectly. Check that you have entered each correctly, then try to log in again.
If you continue to enter your email or password incorrectly, you will see the following error message.
Select Forgot your password and follow the prompts to reset it.
If you are unable to reset your password or continue to experience problems logging in to Blackline Live, please contact Technical Support.
