[Planned] Blackline Live Degraded Performance June 24, 2022 at 19:00 MDT/June 25, 2022 03:00 CEST
As a Blackline Safety customer, we would like to advise you that we will be conducting a Planned Maintenance of our Blackline Live cloud-based services to allow us to launch our new Europe Cloud services. The duration of the maintenance is planned for 50 minutes with up to 30 minutes of downtime.
During this time period you may notice the following:
- Access to Blackline Live may be limited or temporarily unavailable
- Certain system functionality may be temporarily unavailable
- Devices may not be connected to the network
- Alerts will be delayed
Our technical teams will work hard to minimize the time and impact to you.
As a reminder, once this maintenance window is completed, customers whose organizations have been identified for transfer to the Europe domain will see their device traffic and data processing cutover to our Europe Cloud services automatically and will only be able to log-in using the Europe domain, https://eu.live.blacklinesafety.com.

Please keep in mind that your device is connected when it is displaying a solid green light. In the event that your device has a flashing green light, you should revert to your company’s secondary safety protocol. No messages will be lost during this planned maintenance.
