Dear Blackline Safety Customer,

Please be advised that we will be conducting a planned System Maintenance on September 30, 2019 MDT / October 1, 2019 BST,AEST.

During this maintenance window Blackline Live users will continue to have access to the Blackline Live portal. However, if changes are made during this window, this new information will not be searchable using the following features:

• Universal search
• Live view search
• User and device searches on the following pages:
  • Alert Profiles
  • Notification Profiles                                      
  • Contact Groups
  • Configuration Profiles

Changes made during the maintenance window will be searchable on these pages after the planned maintenance window ends.

This maintenance window will not affect monitoring or saving any changes to your profiles in Blackline Live.
