Changes to Return For Evaluation (RFE) Program For Out of Warranty Products

Effective October 1, 2024, Blackline Safety is simplifying our North American RMA – Return For Evaluation program for out of warranty products by introducing a fixed price schedule for hardware evaluation and repair service.

This change will ensure you quickly receive all the information you need to decide how to proceed with your out-of-warranty product repairs. Every evaluation and repair includes a comprehensive review of the device.

This change applies to our North American program only. Our European and Rest of World programs are not changing at this time.
