Chrome and Edge Browsers Crashing

We have received reports that some customers are experiencing issues when performing certain actions in Blackline Live, such as interacting with drop downs on Blackline Live pages, which results in their Chrome or Edge browser crashing.
We have investigated and determined that this is the result of an issue with the Chrome and Edge browsers. Google and Microsoft have identified the issue and released a fix in the latest browser versions.
If you are experiencing this issue, please update your Chrome or Edge browser to the following version:
- Chrome browser version 124.0.6367.91 or greater
- Edge browser version 124.0.2478.67 or greater
