Please be advised that we are currently experiencing inaccuracies with device configuration statuses. Because of this, a configuration profile in Blackline Live may display a device's status as "active" when the new settings have not been received by the device.
We have identified the cause of the issue, and are working to resolve it.
In the meantime, we ask customers to refrain from making changes to configuration profiles until this issue has been resolved. If you need changes made to your configuration profile, please contact our Customer Care team.
