***RESOLVED*** Degraded U.S. Cellular Communications Affecting Blackline Safety Devices

We have received reports that some U.S. customers are experiencing intermittent network connectivity interruptions for their Blackline Safety devices, causing the green SureSafe LED light to flash.
We have investigated and determined that the issue is related to the ongoing AT&T outage, which may also be affecting other cellular carriers.
The network connectivity issue affects G7c and EXO devices. No data is lost during intermittent network connectivity, but device communication and transmission of high urgency notifications may be delayed.
