Focused floorplan view in alert management
A new Blackline Live update has been rolled out that focuses the map view while managing an alert in the portal. Previously, the map on the Alert Management page would load all available floorplans, even if they belonged to organizations that were not experiencing the alert and even if the floorplans overlapped.
This new update will ensure that only floorplans associated with the device in alert will load in the map view. This focused view will improve the visibility in the map view as well as the overall loading speed and performance of the page overall. We expect this update to be incredibly beneficial to monitoring services who are resolving alerts in multiple organizations.
