G7c/G7x QR Quick Start Card Pilot

As part of our commitment to sustainability and to reduce waste, on June 30, 2023, Blackline Safety will begin piloting a QR Quick Start card for G7c, G7x, and cartridge shipments.

This card will take the place of the following printed documents that were previously included in the packaging:

  • Getting Started Guides
  • Declaration of Conformity
  • Compliance information
  • Calibration certificate (except where manual calibration is required)

The QR code on the Quick Start card will take you directly to the applicable page on the Blackline Support Center website, where you can find every document that was previously included in the packaging. You will also find translations for each document, and a wealth of other support information for your devices, including the Technical User Manual and support articles.

In addition to the Quick Start card, the following documents will still be printed and included with each G7c/G7x device and cartridge shipment:

  • Intrinsic Safety information
  • Manual cartridge calibration cards (when applicable)
  • Temporary notifications (when applicable)

This pilot will take place for 90 days, during which we welcome your feedback. If you have any comments on this initiative, please email Technical Support at support@blacklinesafety.com.
