The Blackline Safety Loner Duo product has reached its end-of-life (EOL) and is discontinued. Blackline will continue to provide customers with technical support for Loner Duo devices until November 30, 2024.

WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?
Blackline Safety has decided to discontinue the sale and manufacturing of the Loner Duo hardware product. After a thorough review of Blackline’s existing product offering, the decision was made to discontinue this product to provide customers with the most advanced products while efficiently managing our product portfolio.

Devices will continue to function as normal. Blackline Safety will continue to provide technical support to customers until November 30, 2024. WHAT ARE MY PRODUCT MIGRATION OPTIONS?
The Loner Mobile application will still function without the Loner Duo device. Should you require an additional layer of protection, Blackline Safety offers an SOS Button accessory that pairs with your smartphone’s Loner Mobile app. SOS Button product information can be found here.

No. The Loner Mobile application will still function without the Loner Duo device.
