In order to optimize the performance of the Loner Mobile app, we are discontinuing support for older operating systems on iOS and Android.
Come November 2019, in order to operate Loner Mobile you will need to ensure your smartphone is running iOS 9.0 or newer for Apple products, and Android 5.0 or newer for Android products.
If you are running iOS 9.0/Android 5.0 or older, Loner Mobile will not be available from your app store and won't be supported on your device. If you have previously downloaded Loner Mobile, it will continue to function – however you will need to update your phone's operating system before you will be able to update Loner Mobile's version from your app store.
