Pump Block Resolved Notification Issue

We have identified an issue causing some customers with G7 devices to receive unnecessary “Pump Block Resolved” email notifications. Our team has determined the cause and is actively working to correct it.

This issue originated from a recent Blackline Live update released with the EXO 8 Gas Expansion Module, which enabled Pump Block Resolved alerts for all EXO and G7 devices with notification profiles. While these alerts are valuable for EXO devices with a pump module or gas expansion module, they are not relevant for G7s and have resulted in unintended notifications.

A fix is in progress and is expected to be deployed within two business days. We will update this notification when the issue is corrected. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this promptly.
