G7 PowerPack

PowerPack has an average battery life of 18 hours, which doubles G7’s battery life to 36 hours at normal operation.

PowerPack is certified intrinsically safe, meaning it can be taken on-site to potentially explosive environments. It is important to note G7’s PowerPack is only functional in temperatures above 0°C (32°F).

G7 PowerPack can be charged while attached to G7, or independently. Slide a charge clip onto PowerPack while it is attached to G7 or on its own. If you're charging while attached to G7, the charge light will glow. If you're charging independently, PowerPack's charge light will glow.

PowerPack's battery level can be seen by pressing the charge button on the back of the device, or in the PowerPack option from G7's accessories menu (while attached).

In order to use G7 Dock to bump test and calibrate your device, you will first need to remove PowerPack from G7. The PowerPack clasp can remain attached while G7 is in G7 Dock.
