March 5, 2025
Last updated: March 5. 2025
We have identified a firmware issue affecting EXO 8 devices (firmware version 4.0) and G7 EXO devices (firmware version 3.501) when used with an MPS sensor. This issue may cause devices to experience a hardware error that temporarily disables the MPS sensor. Our investigation has confirmed this is strictly a firmware issue—your MPS sensor hardware is functioning properly.
Resolution Timeline
We have identified the root cause and are actively developing a firmware update. The update is scheduled for release on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.
