What’s New in the November 2023 G7 Update

The November 2023 G7 update will be available starting on December 4, 2023.
This update includes:
- Global firmware version 3.467 R2
- Resolution for the following issues:
G7C TIMESTAMP ISSUE RESOLUTION
This firmware update resolves the G7c Timestamp Issue that caused some G7c devices to inaccurately report the time associated with device measurements and data.
As an additional feature, G7 no longer uses cellular connectivity to determine the system time, which will prevent check-ins from being incorrectly reported as missed.
GPS RESTART ISSUE RESOLUTION
This firmware update also resolves the GPS issue which caused location data to not be sent from G7 devices, resulting in errors in Blackline Live. G7 will now perform a GPS chip restart to correct the issue.
