We have identified a performance issue with the Sensor Readings page in Blackline Live. Our team has determined the cause and is actively working to correct it. While we work to fix the issue, the Sensor readings page is temporarily unavailable.

We are excited to announce that two more Gas Expansion Module sensor combinations are now available! The following module sensor combinations are now shipping:

November 13, 2025 update: This issue is now resolved. We have identified an issue causing some customers with G7 devices to receive unnecessary “Pump Block Resolved” email notifications. Our team has determined the cause and is actively working to correct it.

Effective December 1, 2025, Blackline Safety is simplifying our Rest of World – Return For Evaluation program for out of warranty products by introducing a fixed price schedule for hardware evaluation and repair service.
